| Features Description | Alliaria petiolata is an annual or biennial, herbaceous plant growing from 30 to 90cm, with green, heart-shaped leaves and small, white flowers. When the plant is compressed gives out a strong smell which is similar to onion's. The flowering lasts from April to June and the harvesting takes place from May to June |
