| Features Description | Syringa vulgaris is a deciduous shrub growing from 1 to 6m, with oval, heart-shaped, smooth, opposite leaves and blue, violet, yellow or white flowers in inflorescences. The flowering and the harvesting of the flowers take place from April to May. |
