Helianthus anuus is an annual plant growing up to 3,5m, with heart-shaped leaves and yellow flowers in big inflorescences. The flowering and the harvesting take place from July to September |
Method Administration |
The plant is administered in the form of herbal tea (2-3 spoons of dried herb in a cup of boiled water, 2-3 times a day). Also, it is administered against malaria, lung diseases, kidney stones, gallstones, rheumatoid arthritis, cough, common cold and bronchitis. |
