| Features Description | Celtis australis is a deciduous tree growing up to 25m, with smooth, gray bark, narrow, toothed, gray or green leaves, which in autumn turn yellow and small, green flowers with no petals. The fruits are small, dark purple berries, 1 cm wide hanging in short clusters. The flowering lasts from March to April and the fruiting happens from September to October. |
